KGL runs 100+ CNC machines and 41 conventional support machines - inventoried September 2026. The machine fleet is Mazak-led, with 11 five-axis units combining five-axis machining centers and INTEGREX turn-mill centers. Tolerances hold to ±0.005 mm across the shop, and to ±0.002 mm on specific 5-axis features verified on CMM. The exact machine for your part is assigned by envelope, material and tolerance during quoting, so drawings are reviewed within hours.
