Can you build a part that is not in the catalog?
Yes. The catalog shows what we have already produced; every part we ship is machined to a customer drawing. Send your 2D/3D files and you get a quote with engineering feedback within 24 hours.
Can I order a catalog part directly?
The catalog parts are reference examples, not stock items. For parts close to what you see, we quote from your drawing and reuse the proven process route, tooling and inspection plan.
How fast can I get first samples?
Functional prototypes in 7 to 15 days for most parts, and expedited sampling on approved robotics-program families. The quote states the committed date.
Do you sign NDAs and protect my files?
Yes. We sign customer NDAs routinely, files stay inside our own factory, and program data (routes, tooling, programs) is filed under your part number.
