CNC Machining for New Energy

CNC machined parts for new energy and electric vehicle systems. Battery housings, motor brackets, fuel cell plates, heat sinks, voice coil motor mounts, and charging hardware.

CNC machined new energy hardware components

New Energy Components

KGL machines components for battery systems, fuel cell stacks, solar tracking systems, and wind energy hardware. Materials include aluminum (for lightweight structures), copper (for conductive components), and stainless steel (for corrosion resistance).

Typical Parts

  • Battery module housings and cooling plates
  • Fuel cell bipolar plates
  • Solar tracker brackets
  • Heat exchanger components
  • Power electronics housings

Typical parts: 10 part families with tolerances and typical order sizes.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Do you machine battery and cooling plate components?

Yes. Battery module housings, cooling plates and heat sinks in aluminum, with flatness-controlled faces for thermal interface performance.

Can you machine copper parts?

Yes. Copper alloys for conductive components, busbar interfaces and fuel cell hardware, with surface treatment under the same roof.

Which tolerances apply to cooling plates?

Flatness and thickness on sealing and thermal faces are held to 0.01 mm class and verified on CMM; the standard on polymers is ±0.005 mm.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Prototypes for new energy programs start at a single piece.

Do you support fuel cell and solar hardware?

Yes. Fuel cell bipolar plates, solar tracker brackets and charging hardware in aluminum, copper and stainless steel.

What certificates come with new energy parts?

ISO 9001 controlled production with material certificates and CMM reports on every critical surface.
