CNC Turning Services
20 CNC turning centers including mill-turn for shafts, bushings, housings, and threaded components.
CNC Turning at KGL
20 CNC turning centers including high-precision lathes and NC auto production units. For parts requiring both turning and milling, our Mazak INTEGREX i-250H mill-turn centers complete parts in one setup.
Typical Turned Parts
- Precision shafts and spindles
- Bushings and sleeves
- Housings and flanges
- Threaded fittings and connectors
- Robotic joint components
Standard Tolerance
±0.005 mm on turned diameters. Concentricity within 0.01 mm for most geometries.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum turning diameter?
Our largest CNC lathe handles diameters up to 200 mm and lengths up to 500 mm. For larger parts, we can subcontract or recommend alternatives.
Can you do internal threading and boring?
Yes. Internal threading (metric and unified), precision boring, and ID grooving are standard capabilities on our turning centers.
