How much does CNC machining cost?
Price follows material, complexity, quantity and lead time. Setup and programming amortize over the batch, so unit price falls in steps, not linearly. Send 2D/3D files and you get a quote with DFM feedback within 24 hours.
What is the maximum part size you can machine?
Milled parts up to 1000 x 800 x 700 mm on our largest horizontal machining center; turned parts up to 400 mm diameter and 800 mm length. Send the envelope with your drawing and we confirm the route.
My drawing has no tolerances on it. What do you hold?
We work to ISO 2768 at +/-0.005 mm on milled and turned metal features. Critical 5-axis features hold +/-0.002 mm with full CMM verification when called out on the drawing.
What inspection reports come with the parts?
Every order ships with a full dimensional report; material certificates and CoC are standard. First article inspection per AS9102 and SPC data are available on request.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. One-piece prototypes and volume production run in the same factory on the same routes, so you can start small and scale without changing suppliers.
How fast can you deliver prototypes?
Functional prototypes in 7 to 15 days for most parts, 7 to 10 days for complex 5-axis or turn-mill work. The quote states the committed date.
