About KGL

KGL (KGL Machinery & Electronics Co., Limited) is a custom precision CNC machining manufacturer in Shenzhen, China. From a 6,000+ m² factory in Guangming District, we machine metal and plastic parts directly from customer 2D/3D drawings, from single prototypes to volume production, and ship to equipment makers in 19+ countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. About 70 percent of our revenue comes from overseas customers, with a customer base of 177 active CRM records (84 overseas).

Our parts sit inside demanding programs. We deliver thin-wall SUS304 core parts to the world's leading semiconductor lithography equipment maker (0.3 mm walls, Ra 0.4 µm, GD&T within 0.01 mm), machined PEI components to a top-tier European aerospace and defense group (±0.02 mm, Röchling PEI stock sourced directly from Germany), and core components as a head-tier supplier to one of the world's largest collaborative robot manufacturers (expedited sampling, 7-day batch delivery). First-pass yield across the shop is 99.5 percent.

Working with us is designed to feel like working with a domestic supplier: quotes within 24 hours of receiving complete files, prototypes in 7 to 15 days, English-language engineering contact throughout, and a dimensional inspection report with every order. Equipment & Capability

The fleet is Mazak-led and inventoried as of September 2026. Each part is assigned to a machine by envelope, material, and tolerance, so a five-axis impeller and a 2.7 m gantry-milled weldment go through the same quality system on very different machines. How We Got Here

KGL started in 2013 with two CNC machines. Thirteen years later the shop runs 100+ CNC machines and delivers core parts into some of the most demanding equipment supply chains in the world. The growth came in three stages: first equipment and process capability, then international customers, then innovation-driven work at the tolerance frontier.

What We Work On

Medical devices account for the largest share of our business (about 40 percent), followed by robotics, AI hardware, and new energy (about 30 percent), food machinery and automation (about 20 percent), and aerospace, nuclear, and optoelectronics (about 10 percent). KGL holds 177 customer records in its CRM (93 domestic, 84 overseas) and ships to customers in 19+ countries.

Founder

Qiaosheng Hu, Founder & General Manager. Mr. Hu founded KGL in 2013 and has led it from two machines into the supply chains of world-leading semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and robotics companies. He stays close to the shop floor, chairs the technical review of difficult projects, and personally signs off on first articles for key customers.

Education: Sichuan Provincial Economic Management School (Mechanical Manufacturing), Guangdong Open University (Marketing), EM Normandie Business School (MBA), and Business School Netherlands (DBA). His doctoral research studied how precision machining SMEs build core competitiveness, based on 13 years of KGL operating data and 23 in-depth interviews.
