Our Quote Commitments
These commitments apply to every RFQ that arrives through this page, by form or by email. Each one links to the page that explains how it works in practice.
Quote within 24 hours
Send complete files (2D drawing with tolerances, 3D model, material, and quantity) and the quote comes back within one working day: unit prices at your quantity breaks, material options, lead time for first article and for production, and the documentation included in the price. The 24 hour quote process note explains what happens to your files inside that window.
No MOQ for prototypes
One piece is a real order here. Prototype quantities go through the same process and the same inspection as production runs, and pricing scales from a single part to volume without a minimum-order hurdle. NDA before your files move
If you prefer paper first, download our one-page NDA, sign it, and email it back before sending drawings. Files uploaded for quotation are used only to prepare that quote and are deleted 365 days after upload if no order follows; the details sit in our privacy policy. Documentation with every order
Every shipment carries a dimensional inspection report with CMM data. First article inspection to AS9102, material certificates, and a Certificate of Conformance are available on request or per your purchase requirement.
