Our milling department operates 3+2 axis, 4-axis, and horizontal machining centers from Fanuc, Shixinghong, Taizhen, and Youji. These machines handle everything from single prototypes to volume production runs.

Aluminum (6061, 7075, 2219, MIC-6), stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4PH), tool steel, titanium, copper alloys, and engineering plastics including PEEK and PEI.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum milling envelope?
Varies by machine. Our largest horizontal center handles parts up to 1000 x 800 x 700 mm. Send your part dimensions and we will confirm feasibility.
Do you support high-volume milling?
Yes. We have dedicated production cells with automated tool changers and pallet systems for volume runs. Prototype and low-volume work runs on separate machines to avoid scheduling conflicts.
