About This Part
Aerospace turbine blades work under extreme conditions, subject to gas temperatures far exceeding the melting point of their own materials, huge centrifugal loads, high-pressure shocks, severe vibrations, and complex thermal stress alternations. Our KGL machining mainly uses high-performance single-crystal nickel-based high-temperature alloys to manufacture aerospace turbine blades, providing excellent high-temperature resistance, creep resistance, and fatigue resistance. Complex cooling system, the blade is designed with a sophisticated cooling channel network, which achieves internal cooling by introducing cooling air and forms a protective gas film on the blade surface, allowing it to operate stably in an environment far exceeding the melting point of the material. The blade surface is coated with a highly efficient heat-insulating thermal barrier ceramic coating to further block high-temperature gas. KGL precision manufacturing first uses nickel-based, cobalt-based high-temperature alloys or titanium alloys to obtain near-net-shape blanks through investment casting combined with directional solidification or forging technology; then precision machining is carried out. Blade processing is to form complex aerodynamic surfaces through precision five-axis linkage high-speed milling to ensure micron-level contour accuracy and surface finish. Tenon and mortise processing is to

Common Questions
Which materials can this part be machined from?
Common options include Titanium (TC4 / Grade 5), Inconel and other high-temperature alloys, 7075 aluminum and stainless steel. Send your drawing and we confirm material availability and stock within 24 hours.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard tolerance is ±0.005 mm on metals, engineering plastics, and carbon fiber composite. Every dimension is verified against the 3D model on Hexagon or Zeiss CMMs.
How fast can I get first samples?
You receive engineering feedback with the quotation, within 24 hours of sending a drawing. Prototype parts are typically machined in 15 to 25 days depending on geometry and finishing.
What quality documentation comes with the parts?
Each shipment can include a first-article inspection report, dimensional CMM report, and material certificates. KGL is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and AS9100D.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. KGL supports 1-piece prototypes through volume production on 100+ CNC machines, so you can start small and scale the same process.
