About This Part
The charging pile radiator die-casting shell is not only the mounting base and shell of the radiator, but also efficiently conducts the heat generated by the power device to the internal heat dissipation structure; provides an absolutely reliable seal for the liquid cooling system to prevent coolant leakage; at the same time, it protects the internal components from environmental erosion such as dust and moisture, and meets the strict outdoor protection level requirements. The shell itself also provides the necessary structural support to resist vibration and shock, and has a certain electromagnetic shielding effect. The preferred material for manufacturing the charging pile radiator die-casting shell is aluminum alloy, which has excellent thermal conductivity, good strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent casting performance. The high-pressure die-casting process can efficiently and precisely form a complex structure, thin wall and highly integrated shell to meet the needs of internal precision flow channel design and high-precision installation positioning. In the design of our KGL machining, the shell pursues thin-wall and lightweight under the premise of ensuring strength, rigidity and high sealing. The internal flow channel design needs to optimize the heat dissipation efficiency, and the joint surface sealing structure must be precise and reliable. Its quality core lies

Common Questions
Which materials can this part be machined from?
Common options include Aluminum alloys, stainless steels, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics; the exact grade follows your drawing. Send your drawing and we confirm material availability and stock within 24 hours.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard tolerance is ±0.005 mm on metals, engineering plastics, and carbon fiber composite. Every dimension is verified against the 3D model on Hexagon or Zeiss CMMs.
How fast can I get first samples?
You receive engineering feedback with the quotation, within 24 hours of sending a drawing. Prototype parts are typically machined in 15 to 25 days depending on geometry and finishing.
What quality documentation comes with the parts?
Each shipment can include a first-article inspection report, dimensional CMM report, and material certificates. KGL is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and AS9100D.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. KGL supports 1-piece prototypes through volume production on 100+ CNC machines, so you can start small and scale the same process.
