About This Part

The locking buckle of the medical device spinal fusion device is made of medical grade titanium alloy. Titanium material has no rejection reaction with human tissue and has high safety for long-term implantation. Titanium alloy has high specific strength and excellent fatigue resistance, and can withstand the complex loads generated by spinal activity. Pure titanium metal can also be used, which has less interference with CT and MRI examinations, and is convenient for postoperative follow-up observation of fusion effect. Our KGL technicians first perform rough machining and use carbide tools to perform preliminary cutting on the titanium alloy blank to remove excess material. KGL precision manufacturing uses CNC finishing and high-speed milling technology to complete the molding of key structures such as lock buckle teeth and threaded holes. Perform dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, deburring and cleaning, and remove microscopic burrs through ultrasonic cleaning and manual polishing to avoid residual metal debris affecting implant safety. Ensure that the products you receive are safe and residue-free. You can specify the required surface treatment scheme and perform surface treatment according to your requirements. Sandblasting, use aluminum oxide or glass beads to evenly sandblast the surface of the medical device spinal fusion device locking buckle to increase
