About This Part

The main structure of our robot's Robot Left and Right Feet is made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy, which has high specific strength and is lightweight, and can be widely used in load-bearing frames. Titanium alloy material is used, which has excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-load joint connectors. Engineering plastic PEEK is selected to make shock-absorbing components and shells, which has self-lubricating and low-noise characteristics. Flexible silicone or polyurethane is selected as the sensor groove material to protect components and buffer vibration.

Precision Machining Process

Use multiple processes for composite machining, use five-axis linkage in the CNC machining center to rough-machine the aluminum alloy or titanium alloy blank, remove the excess, and reserve the finishing allowance. Then high-speed milling is performed to process complex curved surfaces, followed by drilling and tapping, and then internal special-shaped oil channels and sensor grooves are machined by EDM to avoid micro-deformation caused by mechanical stress. Then heat-treat the aluminum and titanium alloys for strengthening.

Surface Treatment Process

Anodize the aluminum alloy to improve the surface hardness, enhance the wear and scratch resistance, and provide basic corrosion protection. Generate a ceramic film layer on the surface of the titanium alloy, perform micro-arc oxidation, reduce the friction coefficient, and improve temperature resistance. Spray Teflon coating on the bottom of the robot's feet to repel water and prevent fouling, and reduce the risk of slipping caused by dust adhesion.

Core Advantages

Our products can quickly and dynamically adjust the pace, maintain a high degree of balance on complex ground, and improve walking stability. Using high-strength aviation materials and special surface treatment, the robot's left and right feet are extremely wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, with a very long service life. Lightweight design can reduce overall energy consumption; modular structure supports quick replacement, greatly reducing maintenance time and cost. Special sole and joint design can easily cope with various complex environments such as oily ground, icy and snowy roads, and rugged terrain. KGL machining factory has many years of experience in producing robot parts. We are able to provide a wide variety of robot parts. If necessary, please obtain our online service for robot left and right feet in time. We can customize products according to your specific needs.
