One factory for prototypes and production: 100+ CNC machines including 11 five-axis Mazak centers, 40+ precision inspection instruments, and a process that returns a quote with engineering feedback within 24 hours.
Get a Quote in 24 hWhat We Machine
- Housings, manifolds and structural parts for robotics, including humanoid programs
- Thin-wall tubes and components for semiconductor and optical equipment (0.3 mm walls, Ra 0.4)
- Instrument and device components for medical customers under ISO 13485
- Brackets, fittings and machined-from-solid parts for aerospace under AS9100D
- Charging, sensor and thermal parts for automotive and consumer electronics
Cross entrances: by industry | by material | prototype to volume.
Equipment That Sets the Limits
Machining capacity is concrete, so here is the floor list rather than adjectives:
- Mazak VARIAXIS C-600 (3), j-500 (1) and FF400-5X (2) five-axis centers
- Shixinghong U380 / U480 five-axis platforms for larger envelopes
- Fanuc, Shixinghong, Taizhen and Youji 3- and 4-axis machining centers
- CNC lathes with live tooling for turned-milled parts in one setup
Total: 100+ CNC machines including 11 five-axis centers, Mazak-led, verified on site in August 2026. Detail pages: 5-axis, milling, turning, turn-mill.
Tolerance and Surface Finish
Standard tolerance is +/-0.005 mm. On specific critical features of 5-axis parts we hold +/-0.002 mm, with full CMM verification. Surface roughness from Ra 0.4 for sealing and optical-adjacent faces to Ra 3.2 for general faces. See Tolerance Standards for how we verify each class.
Materials
Aluminum (6061, 6082, 7075, 2024, 5052, MIC-6), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L, 17-4PH, 420, 440C), titanium (Gr2, Gr5, Gr23), brass and copper alloys (C36000, C26000, C11000, C14500), and engineering plastics (PEEK, POM, ABS, PC, nylon, PTFE). Full pages: Materials.
Inspection and Quality System
Hexagon GLOBALS and Zeiss CAPTUM CMMs (0.0015 mm class) plus 40+ precision instruments: height gauges, profilometers, thread and pin gauges. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified; AS9100D audited by Bureau Veritas; D-U-N-S Registered, No. 54-443-4542. FAI per AS9102 and PPAP-style documentation packages on request. See Inspection & QC.

Programs That Show the Bar We Work At
For the world's leading semiconductor lithography equipment maker we machine thin-wall SUS304 core parts with 0.3 mm walls, Ra 0.4 surfaces and GD&T within 0.01 mm. For a top-tier European aerospace and defense group we machine PEI wastewater parts to +/-0.02 mm, machining instead of printing or molding. For one of the world's largest collaborative robot manufacturers we are a head-tier supplier of humanoid and collaborative robot core parts, with expedited sampling and 7-day batch delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do you need to quote my part?
A 2D drawing with tolerances and a 3D model (STEP or IGES) is ideal. If you only have a 3D file, we can quote from it and confirm tolerance-critical features in writing before machining.
What is your standard tolerance?
Standard tolerance is +/-0.005 mm on milled and turned features. Specific critical features on 5-axis parts can hold +/-0.002 mm, verified on our Hexagon or Zeiss CMMs.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We quote single-piece prototypes and support them through to volume production in the same factory, so design iterations do not need a supplier change.
Can you sign an NDA before I send files?
Yes. We sign customer NDAs routinely and can provide our template if you do not have one.
Engineering reference behind this page
The tables and bands the sections above rest on, kept by the same engineering team that runs the work.
- Accuracy band by processWhich operation holds which band, so the tolerance on the drawing maps to a process before it maps to a price.
- Tolerances, fits and GD&TIT grades, shaft and bore fits, and the position and profile callouts that travel with them.
- Materials picked by functionThe grade decides tool path, heat treatment and the finish that can be reached afterwards.
