1. Who we are

KGL Machinery & Electronics Co., Limited ("KGL", "we", "us") is a contract manufacturer in Shenzhen, China. We machine metal and engineering-plastic parts to customer drawings, and we supply related surface treatment, assembly and inspection services. Our place of business is 1/F, Building 1, No.30 Changyue Road, Changzhen Community, Yutang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen, China. Our D-U-N-S number is 54-443-4542. 2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you use kglmfg.com, request a quote, download a reference document or contact us, and what we do with it. It covers personal data and the technical files you send us, such as drawings, 3D models and specifications.

3. Information you give us

Contact details. Your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country.
Inquiry content. Part descriptions, quantities, materials, target dates and any message you send.
Technical files. 2D drawings, 3D models, specifications, spreadsheets and photographs you upload or email to us.
Downloads. If you request a reference document, the email address you enter on that form.

4. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting platform records standard server data such as the page requested, the date and time, the browser type and the referring page. We keep an aggregate daily count of page views. That count does not identify individual visitors. We use this data to keep the site available and to see which pages are useful.

5. How we use your information

To prepare and send a quotation, and to review your design for manufacturability.
To answer your questions and to follow up on a quote you asked for.
To produce, inspect and ship an order.
To meet our record control duties under ISO 9001, AS9100D and ISO 13485.
To keep our systems and your files secure.

6. How long we keep your files

Quote files. Drawings, models and specifications you send us for a quotation are used only to prepare that quotation. If the quotation does not lead to an order, we delete those files from our systems 365 days after we receive them.

Order files. Technical and quality records for an order are kept for the period required by our ISO 9001, AS9100D and ISO 13485 record control and by the contract, and are treated as confidential during that period.

Earlier deletion. You may ask us to delete quote files sooner, and we will do so and confirm in writing, unless a law or a standard requires us to keep a record.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass your drawings to third parties for their own use. We share information only in these cases:

Sub-tier suppliers. Where an outside process, such as heat treatment, plating or specialised inspection, is needed for your part, the supplier that performs it sees only the drawing detail that process requires, and works under confidentiality terms no weaker than ours.
Service providers. Our website host, email provider and business software run on established platforms that process data on our behalf under contract.
Legal requirements. Where a law, a court or a competent authority requires disclosure, we disclose only what is required and tell you where we are allowed to.

8. Cookies and site data

The site uses the minimum cookies and local records needed to work: a security and load-balancing cookie from our host, and a small local record so that a reference document is not requested twice from the same visitor. We do not run advertising networks on this site and we do not sell visitor data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to object to a particular use. Write to kgl@kglmfc.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may ask us to stop sending follow-up email at any time.

10. How we protect your information

Access to quote files is limited to the engineers working on your inquiry. Files are held on access-controlled systems, transferred over encrypted connections, and kept under the same confidentiality rules we apply to our own customer data. Staff and sub-tier suppliers work under written confidentiality obligations.

11. International transfers

We are based in Shenzhen, China, and our suppliers and platforms may store data in other countries. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the contractual terms of the platforms we use and on our own confidentiality agreements.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. A change that materially affects how we treat your files is shown on this page before it takes effect.
